Christmas Grotto – Terms & Conditions

By requesting a Grotto Booking, you have agreed to accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Grotto reservations are open to all UK citizens. All children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
2. One ticket per child is required which must be collected at the time of booking by a responsible adult.
3. Tickets will be allocated specific time slots. Missed time slots cannot be rescheduled due to time constraints.
4. Tickets are limited to 3 per adult unless exceptional circumstances apply.
5. Tickets have no value and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Tickets must be produced for entry to the Grotto. Late arrivals may be refused entry.
7. A valid email address must be provided. This will be destroyed after appointment and is only there in case of the need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. All children attending will receive an age-appropriate gift.
9. There is no charge involved but any donations to Cumbernauld Rotary are gratefully accepted.
10. Parents should remain with children at all times.
11. Photography is permitted and encouraged to make a nice memory.
12. We reserve the right at any time to change details and timings.
13. Siblings should be seen together as one group.
